The objective begins with organizing communication among different art fields: To cross the bridges of tradition of Chinese intellectuals and artists to modern day technology and healing modalities. This campus and residency for artists include exhibitions spaces of many kinds among think spaces and collective grounds to organize communion. By updating overall design, using LEED design techniques and modern technology to incorporate the new artists of this generation upon the curriculum of this institution. Here, on a small team, I lead design and project management to make this project come alive using my 3D toolset among other virtual tools such as 4D BIM programs to achieve short and long term goals of the museum. Another large objective at hand was incorporating sustainability and healing modalities in the space by emphasizing a traditional tea space for communal ceremony, as well as designing a trenched water feature embedded into the ceiling to feed the foliage and herbs. Later to be used for these ceremonies. Usage of materials and overall design ideation stages were key in the delivery of the project objectives.
